
Pyramid wired the main offices of Sen. Kohl's offices in downtown Milwaukee above Elsa's on Jefferson & Wells St.
Pyramid renovated this 120 apartment complex, changing light fixtures, devices, installing a new fire alarm system, new office facilities, and air conditioning for $425,000, which was completed in 2009.
Another WHEDA project, the energy award winning Prairie apartments was an electrical project for Pyramid. The 24 units were completed in 2009 and located on 12th & Highland in Milwaukee.
Pyramid was signed to abandon existing electrical services on the old Tower Automotive site, now known as Century City, on the land bordered by 27th St. to 35th St. & Townsend, Hopkins, & Capitol Drive. Pyramid also installed power to 3 Buildings for administration & demolition on the site, in addition to installing security lights atop the main building on 27th St. The contract was for $59,000 which was completed in January 2010.
A $6.5 Million 55 unit apartment complex on 32nd & Hampton in Milwaukee which was completed in spring of 2010. Pyramid did the electrical distribution service & wired all common areas, stairwells, corridors, and site lighting for $200K.
Another renovation that Pyramid did the electrical work for. This was 48 units in Kenosha, which was completed in 2010 for the amount of $157,000
Pyramid is in the ending stages of wiring 24 new construction single family homes, all on the Milwaukee North side in areas between 15th, 24th, Wright, and Burleigh.
Pyramid is in the finishing stages of a joint venture project with Faith Technologies on The Beaver Dame Historical Lofts. This venture is a 33 unit renovation of a former cotton mill, and then the Weyenburg Shoe Factory in Beaver Dam. These majestic lofts represent the 3rd joint venture with Faith Technologies for Pyramid.
